The Town Hall of Palomares del Río has organised the awareness talk "Perspectives on Alzheimer", which will take place on September 18. The initiative aims to provide visibility, information, and support to people with Alzheimer’s, their families, and those who care for them.
The event, open to all residents, is presented as a space to share practical advice on daily support. According to the council, aspects such as patience, maintaining routines, communication, and companionship can make a difference in the care of those suffering from this disease.
“Behind every forgetfulness, there is a person who still needs respect, love, and understanding,” state the Town Hall of Palomares del Río.
Alzheimer’s is part of the lives of many families, and knowing how to support a person suffering from it becomes a challenge in day-to-day life. Therefore, the council invites residents to participate in this activity, which is part of the #PalomaresInclusivo campaign.
The talk will take place on September 18 and is aimed at all audiences. For more information, interested parties can consult the usual channels of the Town Hall of Palomares del Río.
