The Olivares Town Hall has approved the file for the granting of six kiosks in various locations throughout the municipality. The document is now in public consultation.
The Olivares Town Hall has given the green light to the administrative file for the occupation, use and exploitation of six municipal kiosks located in different areas of the municipality. This measure will allow for the development of activities authorised by the Council in these spaces.
The kiosks subject to the procedure are located in the Plaza de América, calle Hermanos Machado, 55 —opposite the Health Centre—, Plaza de la Ermita, Plaza del Guadalquivir, Parque Maestro Sandalio García, in Las Beatas, and the Municipal Sports Centre. The concession includes the economic exploitation of the kiosks, as well as the obligations for conservation, maintenance and cleaning of the facilities and their immediate surroundings.
The regulatory document for the procedure has been published in the Municipal Electronic Board and in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Seville (BOP) no. 144, of 28 July 2026. Now, the document is subject to public consultation for a period of 20 working days, with the aim of allowing for any relevant objections to be submitted.
The Town Hall clarifies that this public consultation period does not yet signify the opening of the application submission period for the concession. Once this period has concluded, the final approval of the document will proceed, and subsequently, the corresponding application submission period will be opened, the opening of which will be officially announced.
Individuals interested in applying for the occupation, use and exploitation of any of the kiosks should remain attentive to upcoming official publications, through which the opening of the application period and all necessary information to participate in the procedure will be communicated.
