José González Eugenio will star in a traditional Oxen Training and Handling exhibition on Friday 2nd October at 21:30 in the central arena of La Pará, with free entry. This will be the first time this show is held in the Gines venue.
The town of Gines will add a new proposal to its programming of Una Pará en Gines on Friday 2nd October. The central arena will host, starting at 21:30, a traditional Oxen Training and Handling show led by José González Eugenio.
This will be the first opportunity to see this exhibition as part of the Gines event. During the demonstration, various farming tasks will be simulated with the direct participation of the animals, a scene that has not previously been included in the programme.
For this inaugural event, José González will present five red-spotted oxen. The animals will be led in a string from a horse and will perform exercises such as calls and knee bends, among other maneuvers.
The exhibition will take place during the break of the second Equestrian Exhibitions Contest, so attendees can watch it at no additional cost. The organization has confirmed that access will be free until the venue reaches capacity.
