The El Tronío theatre in Gines will be the stage this Friday 25th September for the comedy 'La última y nos vamos', a play that will be performed starting at 21:00 and is part of the second season subscription organised by the municipal delegation of Culture of the Gines Town Hall.
The performance is by the company 'Las comadres de medianoche', featuring actresses Antonia Gómez and Carmen Canivell on stage. The organisation is handled by the Culture delegation of the Gines council and the Diputación de Sevilla.
The plot follows Antoña and MayCarmen, two women who spend long hours juggling household chores, stress, and their mobile phones. They try to be good mothers, workers, and wives, which they summarise as the ideal of “perfect women”. Anxiety grows when they feel they are not productive at all times, and complaints about their husbands are constant because, in their view, “they sleep soundly” or at least it seems that way.

Tickets can be purchased in advance for 3 euros, while on the day of the performance they will cost 5 euros. Purchases are available on the platform Giglon.com or in person at the Casa de la Cultura 'El Tronío', located at Nuestra Señora del Rocío, 2.
This event is part of the cultural programming of the municipality for this season, aiming to bring small and medium format shows closer to the residents of Gines. The El Tronío theatre thus hosts a new theatrical proposal following previous subscription events.
