The Town Hall of Valencina de la Concepción has opened the registration period for the Midday Classroom for the upcoming school year, a service to reconcile work and school schedules.
The Social Welfare Area of the Town Hall of Valencina de la Concepción has launched a new edition of the Midday Classroom for the 2026/2027 school year. The service, which will be provided from 14:00 to 15:00 hours every school day, is designed for families who do not use the school canteen but need their children to stay an extra hour at the centre after classes.
During this time, children will have a safe space for supervision and entertainment until their families can pick them up. The initiative aims to facilitate the reconciliation of work and family life in the municipality.
Registrations can be formalised from 31 August to 7 September at the Social Services Registry. Registration is done for complete months and the monthly fee is 23 euros.
