The Sanlúcar la Mayor Council unanimously gave the green light to the Municipal Housing and Land Plan, which will shape housing policy until 2030. The document is now open for objections.
The Sanlúcar la Mayor City Council has taken a key step in its housing policy with the initial approval of the Municipal Housing and Land Plan (PMVS), a document that received unanimous support from all political groups in the Municipal Plenary on July 31.
From this Thursday, the complete file is available for public consultation on the Transparency Portal, the Official Provincial Bulletin, the Notice Board, the Electronic Headquarters, and the municipal website. This publication opens a public information period of 20 working days, during which residents and entities can submit suggestions or complaints regarding the document.
The PMVS establishes the roadmap for housing in the municipality until 2030. Its objectives include facilitating access to decent and affordable housing, promoting the construction of protected housing and affordable rentals, and encouraging the rehabilitation and improvement of the existing residential stock in Sanlúcar la Mayor.
The council emphasizes that this public exhibition aims for citizens to be informed about the plan's content and to participate actively in its processing, thus ensuring the transparency of the process.
Once the objection period concludes, the document will need to return to the Plenary for final approval, at which point the planned actions and execution timelines will be specified.
