The developer Metrovacesa has launched Residencial Almanzor, a development of 46 homes in Isla Natura (Palmas Altas). The investment amounts to €16.1 million.

Metrovacesa has begun marketing Residencial Almanzor, a new development of 46 homes located in Isla Natura, the large residential project that the company is promoting in the Seville neighbourhood of Palmas Altas. The planned investment for this project amounts to €16.1 million.

The five-storey building will house two and three-bedroom homes, all with terraces and east-facing orientation. Buyers will be able to personalise finishes and layouts through the 'Choose Your Look' programme offered by the developer.

The homes will have an energy rating of A, both in terms of non-renewable primary energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, and will carry Metrovacesa's DOMUM sustainability label. The company has incorporated solutions to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact, such as high-efficiency climate control systems, LED lighting in common areas, reinforced thermal and acoustic insulation, double-glazed windows, controlled natural and mechanical ventilation, low-consumption sanitary devices, and solar panels.

The development will feature a communal swimming pool, landscaped areas, a children's play area, garages, and storage rooms. All of this is integrated into Isla Natura, a development covering more than 67 hectares that began delivering homes in October 2024. At that time, the project included over 2,800 homes and a planned investment of €400 million.

The new neighbourhood will include parks and gardens, more than 4,200 trees, bike lanes, pedestrian spaces, and educational, sports, and social facilities. It will be integrated into the future green ring of Seville. It is located between the Guadalquivir and Guadaíra rivers, next to the Lagoh shopping centre, the future City of Justice, and the future Line 3 Metro station.

Metrovacesa is one of the developers with the largest land portfolio in Spain, with the capacity to develop approximately 24,300 homes across the country. The market value of its assets (GAV) reaches €2.142 billion as of June 2026, and 81% of its land portfolio is finalised. Currently, the company has nearly 100 active developments underway in various locations across Spain.

For those interested in acquiring a home in Residencial Almanzor, the developer has already opened the reservation period. Construction is expected to begin in the coming months, with an estimated delivery timeframe of between 18 and 24 months.
